Thirty days, no forms, and a bottle you never need to send back.

If something is not right for your skin, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — opened or not. Skincare is personal, and a patch test that does not agree with you is not a mistake you should pay for.

How to return

  1. Email us at hello@lumiere.example with your order number.
  2. We send a prepaid label — no printer needed for local returns.
  3. Drop the parcel off. Your refund is issued within five working days of it reaching us.

The glass stays with you

You never need to return a bottle for a refund. Keep it, refill it, or send it back separately for sterilising through our refill programme.
