Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Every formula is certified vegan and cruelty-free, and we never test on animals at any stage.

Why is the ingredient list so short?

Because most of what lengthens a list is there to sell the product, not to work on your skin. We keep only what a study can justify, and we print the percentages on the bottle.

How does the refill programme work?

Keep your glass bottle. Order a refill pouch, or send the bottle back for us to sterilise and refill. Either way you stop buying new packaging.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Every formula is dermatologist patch-tested across skin types. We still recommend a patch test at home — and if it does not agree with you, our 30-day return covers it.
